Ages 14+

Instructor

Recreational Tennis Instructors bring energy and enthusiasm to the court by helping participants learn and enjoy the game of tennis in a supportive environment. Instructors assist with lesson delivery, participant engagement, equipment setup, and creating a positive experience for players and families.

This role is ideal for individuals who want to make an impact through fun, active programming in their community. Applicants under 18 are welcome to apply. We provide all the training and support you’ll need for this role.

Site Director

Site Directors lead the day-to-day operations of our recreational tennis programs, creating a safe, welcoming, and fun environment for participants of all ages. This role includes supporting instructors, overseeing program flow, communicating with families and community partners, managing equipment and attendance, and ensuring all USTA PNW procedures are followed.

Ideal candidates are dependable, organized, energetic leaders who enjoy working with youth, promoting the game of tennis, and creating positive experiences on and off the court. We provide all the training and support you’ll need for this role.

Regional Manager

Regional Managers oversee programs across multiple locations, providing leadership and support to Site Directors and Instructors. They ensure each site is running safely and effectively, while maintaining program quality and alignment with USTA PNW standards. Regional Managers serve as the primary point of contact when challenges arise. They also play a key role in growing programs by building relationships with schools, parks departments, and community partners.

This role is ideal for experienced leaders who are organized, adaptable, and passionate about making a lasting impact through tennis.
