RecTennis
RecTennis is designed to build a strong foundation so your child can enjoy and continue playing tennis long-term. As they grow, there are many ways to keep developing — through local parks, clubs, schools, and tennis facilities in your community.
You can explore nearby programs using the USTA’s facility finder linked here or reach out to our team for guidance at rectennis@pnw.usta.com.
Participants should bring water, snacks, sunscreen, and comfortable athletic wear. If you have a racquet, feel free to bring it — otherwise, all equipment is provided.
Tennis scholarships are available throughout the Pacific Northwest for individuals facing financial barriers to participating in RecTennis programs. Scholarships are primarily based on financial need.
Applicants provide basic household information and a self-reported estimate of annual income — no financial documents required.
RecTennis plans programs, staffing, and facility use in advance to provide a great experience. The following guidelines help us balance planning with flexibility.
RecTennis uses Statusfy for real-time program updates. The easiest way to check your camp status is through the Statusfy app or website.
We recommend downloading the app to receive notifications about cancellations, delays, or schedule changes for your specific program location.
You can also check updates online or call (509) 210-0900 for the latest information.
We know weather can be unpredictable, and participant safety is always our priority.
